The Records and Printing Offices have operated as the heart of the organisation, responsible for the receipt and the flow of information received and created by the Council in its execution of its official activities.

The implementation of an Electronic Document Management System (Collaborator) has brought great change and effectiveness in the running of the records office. Our staff ensure that all correspondence is efficiently circulated to the relevant officials.
