                                               PUBLIC NOTICE
                                        ANNUAL REPORT 2010/2011


Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 21A of the Local Government:
Municipal Systems Act, No 32 of 2000 read with Section 127(5) of the
Municipal Finance Management Act, No 56 of 2003 that the Zululand
District Municipality's Annual Report for the 2010/2011 financial year
has been tabled and adopted by the Municipal Council and is opened
for public inspection during normal office hours for a period of 14 days
from the date of this publication.


Any interested members of the public may view the Annual Report at
the Zululand District Municipality Offices, Queen Silomo Centre, B 400
Gagane  Street  in  Ulundi  and  also  on  our  municipal  website  at
www.zululand.org.za  The  comments  and  inputs  received  from  the
public will be considered and may be integrated into the final report,
which will be submitted to the Council for approval.
