All prospective tenderers must fax the relevant quotation number, their company and contact number to Nomsa Hlengwa at 0866993451 by no later than 12h00 on ht e28 January 2011. Tender documents will be made available from the Zululand districtic Municipality's head office in Ulundi on Monday, 31 January 2011 after a short compulsory briefing session with the tenderers, sheduled for 10h00 at Technical boardroom. Tenderers are advised to deep the copy of faxed details and produce it during the issuing of quotation documents.

Duly completed quotation documents sealed in an envelope marked with a relevant quotation number, contract details and closing date, are to be deposited into the tender box placed at the main reception on the ground floor of the ZDM Offices, B-400 Gagane street, ulundi 3838 no later than 12h00 on hte closing date. A contractor with a CIDB grading destintion of 1GB or higher will be accepted. THere will be no public opening of quotations. Telegraphic, Telefax or posted quotations or tenders will not be accepted.

Prospective tenderers are to submit an original tax clearance certificate with their tender document. The bid committe of the Zululand district Municipality does not bind itself to accept the lowest quote.
