QUOTATION NOTICE

  Hereby invites quotation for:

 Zululand District Municipality would like to invite the interested supplier to submit quotation for the Mayoral Cup on the 08 October 2011 Vryheid (Cecil Emmet).  Suppliers are required to submit quotation for the following items:

 STAGE & SOUND

  • SOUND SYSTEM: Sound to cater for 5 000 people(outdoor),with generator 30KVA, JBL sound with channel mixer,4x microphone,2x playback CD player, JBL ion mixer, 6 x 725 JBL tops, dual SABS, INCLUDING BACKLINE .( 8am-8pm). Compliance certificate.  
  • STAGE: 8mx6mx1m height.2 stares, roof covered, hand railing with Engineering certificate. (8am-8pm).

 Please note that prospective suppliers are to submit an ORIGINAL tax clearance certificate, CK FOUNDATION STATEMENT AND DECLARATION FORMS with their quotation.

 ONLY BONA FIDE CATERING COMPANIES (COMPANIES RUNNING DAILY CATERING BUSINESS) WILL BE GIVEN PREFERENCE.

 Quotation documents are available from the Procurement Officer, office no: G16.

  Duly completed quotation documents sealed in an envelope marked with the quotation number and the closing date are to be posted into the tender box at Zululand District Municipality, Lot B-400 Gagane Street, Ulundi, 3838 by no later than 12h00 on the closing date. Telegraphic, e-mail, telefaxed or posted tenders will not be accepted.

 The Bid committee of Zululand District Municipality does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation, or to furnish any reason for the acceptance or rejection of a quotation.
