QUOTATION NOTICE

  Hereby invites quotation for:Quotation no:  ZDMQ 985

  Zululand District Municipality would like to invite the interested supplier to submit quotation for the Women's Day Celebration on the 11 August 2011 Ulundi.  Suppliers are required to submit quotation for the following items:

 CATERING FOR 300 VIP'S  MENU: Rice,Mutton Curry,Chicken Curry,Ujeqe,Usu,Roast Chicken,2 Salad,2 Vegetable ,300 x 500 ml still water with ice,300 x 100% 340ml Juice with ice

Additional drinks for the Tent 300 x 500 ml still water with ice 300 x 100% 340ml Juice with ice

  Please note that prospective suppliers are to submit an ORIGINAL tax clearance certificate, CK FOUNDATION STATEMENT AND DECLARATION FORMS with their quotation.

 ONLY BONA FIDE CATERING COMPANIES (COMPANIES WIT VIP CATERING BUSINESS) WILL BE GIVEN PREFERENCE.

 Quotation documents are available from the Procurement Officer, office no: G16.

 CLOSING DATE:  29 July 2011 AT 12H00

Duly completed quotation documents sealed in an envelope marked with the quotation number and the closing date are to be posted into the tender box at Zululand District Municipality, Lot B-400 Gagane Street, Ulundi, 3838 by no later than 12h00 on the closing date. Telegraphic, e-mail, telefaxed or posted tenders will not be accepted.

 The Bid committee of Zululand District Municipality does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation, or to furnish any reason for the acceptance or rejection of a quotation.
