The ZULULAND DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY

hereby invites tenders for : 

CONTRACT No. : ZDMQ 1128

GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING SURVEY FOR ZDM CAPEX PROJECTS 

The scope comprises:

The Geotechnical Engineering Survey to the CAPEX Projects for the Zululand District Municipality in five Local Municipalities: Abaqulusi; uLundi, Nongoma; uPhongolo and eDumbem Local Municipalites.

There will be no clarification meeting for this contract but tenderers are urged to collect Quotation Documents physically from ZDM OFFICE at B-400 GAGANE STREET, uLUNDI at office No. G16 (Procurement Office) as of the 21 February 2012.

  Tender Closing Date: 12h00 on Tuesday , 28 February 2012

Duly completed quotation documents sealed in an envelope marked with the tender number and the closing date are to be deposited into the tender box at Zululand District Municipality, Lot B-400 Gagane Street, Ulundi, 3838 by no later than 12h00 on the closing date where they will be opened in public.  Telegraphic, telefaxed or posted tenders will not be accepted.

Tenders may only be submitted on the quotation documentation that is issued. Requirements for sealing, addressing, delivering, opening and assessment of tenders are stated in the Tender Data.

The Bid Committee of Zululand District Municipality does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
