Zululand District Municipality would like to invite the interested supplier to submit quotation for the Water Indaba on the 19 July 2012 Nongoma.  Suppliers are required to submit quotation for the following:

Hiring of 5000 Seater Dome Marquee, with complete side covers, clearly marked two exits, 4 fire extinguishers, 5000 white chairs NB Supply Engineer certificate,

  • Two indoor stages both at 8m high with side scating, it more than 8m, Engineer certificate is required,
  • High powered sound system, speakers to be set up on 8m high stands and supply podium complete with mic stand,
  • 30KVA Power Generator.

Please note that prospective suppliers are to submit anCERTIFIED COPY BY THE SAPS OF TAX CLEARANCE, BEE CERTIFICATE AND CK FOUNDATION STATEMENT AND DECLARATION FORMS with their quotation.

Duly completed quotation documents sealed in an envelope marked with the quotation number and the closing date are to posted into the tender box at Zululand District Municipality, Lot B-400 Gagane Street, Ulundi, 3838 by no later than 12Hoo on the closing date.  Telegraphic, email, telefaxed or posted tender will not be accepted.

The Bid committee of Zululand District Municipality does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation, or to furnish any reason for the acceptance or rejection of a quotation.
