P700 Nodal development Phase 1- procurement of an environmental consultant

      THE ZULULAND DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY HEREBY INVITE TENDERS FOR:

TENDER NO: ZDM 1050/2012P700 NODAL DEVELOPMENT PHASE 1 - PROCUREMENT OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANT

This tender calls for environmental services for the project "P700 Nodal Development Phase 1". The works will entail the construction of all relevant infrastructures for the commercial development. This tender  entails  obtaining  approval  from  the  relevant  environmental  authorities  using  applicable
processes, to commence with construction.

All those requiring tender documents must fax the relevant tender number, their company details and contact number to (034) 981-3484 before 12:00 on 24 January 2012.Tender documents are obtainable from 26 January 2012 from the Supply Chain Management Section
(Ms N Hlengwa), offices of the Zululand District Municipality, B-400 Gagane Street, B-North, Ulundi 3838.

A R150.00 non-refundable deposit is required for each tender document drawn, by the prospective tenderer upon issue of the tender documents. Only cash or bank guaranteed cheques made out in favour of "Zululand District Municipality" will be accepted.

Duly completed tender documents, sealed in an envelope marked with the relevant tender number, contract details and date of closing, are to be deposited into the tender box situated at the main reception at the Zululand District Municipality, B-400 Gagane Street, B-North, Ulundi 3838, by no later than 12:00 on the closing date, where they will opened in public. No telegraphic, telefaxed or
posted tenders are acceptable.NB: Please note that prospective suppliers are to submit a Tax Clearance Certificate and PDI Status with their tender document.

The Zululand District Municipality does not bind itself to accepting the lowest or any tender.
