                                         TENDER NOTICE
The Zululand District Municipality hereby invites tenders for:
TENDER NO: ZDM 1051/2012USUTHU RWSS: ZONE A BULK PUMP MAIN 


Brief project description: The project comprises the supply and delivery to site of 3130m of 250 NB, 7790m of 200 NB, 6615m of 100 NB, 700m of 80 NB and 2820m of 50 NB Tosawrap Klambon-type cut grooved pipes or similar.


All those requiring tender documents must fax the relevant tender number, their company details and contact number to (034) 982-3425, before 12:00 on 8 February 2012.Tender documents will be handed out only to those who have requested such documents as indicated above, at a compulsory clarification meeting at 10:00 on 10 February 2012. 

 
A R150.00 non-refundable deposit (cash only) is required for each tender document drawn.Prospective tenderers are required to meet at 10:00 just outside the ZDM reception area, ZDM office at B-400 Gagane Street, Ulundi. Prospective tenderers will have to follow the Engineer to the site in their own transport, at exactly 10:15.

Tender closing time and date: 12:00 on Friday, 17 February 2012.


Duly completed tender documents, sealed in an envelope marked with the tender number and the closing date, are to be deposited into the tender box at Zululand District Municipality, Lot B-400 Gagane Street, Ulundi 3838 by no later than 12:00 on the closing date, where they will be opened in public.


Telegraphic, telefaxed or posted tenders will not be accepted. Requirements for sealing, addressing, delivery,  opening  and  assessment  of  tenders  are  stated  in  the  tender  data.  The  tender  box  is  only available during normal office hours: 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.


The Bid Committee of Zululand District Municipality does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
