Salary Scale: Post Level C2 R180 764.12 - R208 236.09 per annum
Requirements: • A valid matric certificate or equivalent • At least five (5) years' experience in a similar office environment • Computer literacy and thorough knowledge of the following computer programmes: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (email) and Internet • A code 08 driver's licence will be advantageous • Articulate and skilful at evaluating problems and communicating  possible  solutions  •  Good  communication  and  presentation  skills  (verbal  and  written)  •  Excellent organisational skills • Ability to multi-task while remaining calm and professional • Ability to work with people at all levels, particularly senior management • Flexible and adaptable • Tactful and discreet • Treat all matters with confidentiality.

Responsibilities: • Perform a variety of executive support tasks that may be highly confidential and sensitive • Co-ordinate office management  activities  for  the  Municipal  Manager  •  Read  and  screen  incoming  correspondence  and  reports  •  Make preliminary assessment of the importance of materials and organise documents • Handle some matters personally and forward appropriate materials to the Municipal Manager • Receive and screen incoming calls and visitors, determine which are priority matters  and  alert  the  Municipal  Manager  accordingly  •  Make  referrals  to  appropriate  Senior  Staff  or  provide requested information • Compose letters and memoranda in response to incoming mail or calls • Produce a variety of documents, charts and  graphs  • As  liaison  between  the  Municipal  Manager  and  subordinates  or  others,  transmit  directives,  instructions  and assignments and follow up on status of assignments • Co-ordinate and facilitate the Municipal Manager's calendar to arrange appointments, meetings and conferences • Review and edit documents prepared for the Municipal Manager's signature • Plan and co-ordinate arrangements for conferences.

Salary: R129 800.04 - R151 933.68 per annum
Requirements: • A valid Grade 12 certificate • Relevant tertiary qualification (B. Diploma/Degree in Fine Arts or equivalent),
unless the incumbent can demonstrate that he/she has developed the necessary competencies through experience • Computer literacy • A valid Code EB driver's licence • At least 2 to 3 years' relevant experience • Ability to work under pressure, which will include performing duties outside normal working hours, weekends and public holidays.Responsibilities: • Support the identification and development of creative arts talent in visual arts • Participate in projects and programmes aimed at cultivating and promoting interest and awareness amongst the local community in creative arts • Provide adequate exposure and enable learners and talented individuals to succeed in achieving their goals • Train and appraise learners
• Communicate with relevant institutions and academies and attend to administrative reporting requirements in order to ensure procedures and standards are complied with and a positive contribution is made towards increasing recognition opportunities
• Promote the talent and interest of individuals in creative arts • Perform any other functions as and when required by the Supervisor.
